Debt and Invoicing Report (new version)

So... what’s new?

• A date picker to see the nursery and bill payer balances as of a certain date
• An “include credit notes & cancelled invoices” checkbox that will include these in the bill payer balances by date they were created. 
• New graph in the debt report that shows nursery balance, as opposed to amount outstanding. This graph will show the balance of the nursery (this is the balances of all the bill payers added together). This graph will also replace the graph shown on the landing page of the revenue and debt app.

• New table has additional filters

• Last payment made
• Last payment reminder sent
• Direct debit (this replaces the old direct debit checkbox and will not be shown unless the old direct debit export feature flag is enabled)
• Automatic payment method (this replaces the payment method checkboxes that were previously shown)

• New debt report table has additional columns
• Bill payer note (which is clickable)
• Last payment made (which is hover-able to see method)
• Last reminder sent (which is clickable to see the email sent)
• Clearer grouping of children if one bill payer as more than 2 children. 
• New payment reminders that allow you to create, save and reuse templates
