Our Help Centre and Community is split into a few different parts, making it easy for you to find what you're looking for.
There are hundreds of articles and videos for you to use, whether it's brushing up your own knowledge, sharing with employees or colleagues, or sharing with parents. We want to make the process of moving over to Famly, and then using it going forward, as smooth and seamless as possible. We hope that having this archive of articles will save you lots of time learning about all your features, and training the staff too.

The Community part of the Help Centre is for you to discuss whatever you wish - recruitment, EYFS, Famly, Ofsted ... just to name a few.
It is split into two sections:
Feature requests is the place you can suggest your ideas and improvements for features within the Famly app. These could be existing features, or an out-of-the-box idea you've had. We welcome both! You can connect with the development team (those building Famly!) through the Community, and see if you're feature request has been completed.
The General Discussion section is what it says on the tin. Feel free to ask questions, and get replies from other Famly users as well as the Customer Success and Support teams. The idea is that we all help each other out and get insights into, for example, how others are thinking about a topic, or doing a particular task.
