Parents are now able to request ad hoc bookings directly through Famly. You'll just need to request this from the Famly Customer Success team, and we will enable it for you. Once enabled you'll need to set this up by going in to your Setup -> Parent Bookings.
Simply fill in the information in each box:
- check the enable parent bookings box
- select a pricing group, it is important to note that only a single pricing group can be used for parent bookings. If you charge different prices for different age groups, you'll have to chose a single age group for parent bookings.
- select the sessions you'd like available for parent bookings
- select the products you'd like available for parent bookings
- click Save
These sessions and products will now be available for booking request by parents. You can find the requested purchases by going in to your Apps -> Bookings -> Purchases. Here you'll find a list of requested and approved booking. To approve a booking simply click in to it and click approve. The child will now be booked in for that session or product.
