Before you can add an additional contact person to a child, you need to have the name of the person and the email address.
Go to the child's profile for whom you want to add a contact person. Find the 'Contacts' tab and press ‘New’.
Enter the requested details in the box that appears. If you're giving access to a parent, remember to click the box ‘Give Parent Login’. Otherwise, leave it unchecked. Press the green ‘Add’-button when you're done.
Give a contact full or limited access to the child by pressing ‘Give Login’ on the right hand side of the screen.
Select the contact person that needs a login and press ‘Send Login’ and select the appropriate role for that contact person. Invite by pressing the green ‘Send Invitation’-button.
Make sure to check for spelling mistakes when typing the email address.
